Mission Statement

Consulting Solutions, LLC.’s mission is to support established and new agency providers of Home and Community Based Waivers to be successful at providing quality services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and be recognized as a leader in the field.

To achieve my mission I will provide:

Provide consulting services to address challenges an agency may face and offer suggestions for improvement. 

 I work with the agency team to review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DODD rules and regulations.  I provide suggestions and best practices based on my experience. 

I review the challenges and offer possible solutions to achieve quality care and address concerns with the rules and regulations. 

I recognize the uniqueness of the agency and the various needs of the individuals they support.

 Confidentiality and HIPPA Compliance is followed and no information will be shared with anyone outside the agency. 

A Confidentiality Agreement will be signed at the start of services.
